Join your Tennessee colleagues for a Town Hall to discuss development of a public education campaign to spread information about CV disease in Tennessee. 

The objectives of the meeting are as follows:

1. To create educational messages for the public to educate them on symptoms of a heart attack and heart failure, importance of visiting a PCP, tobacco cessation and checking BP, cholesterol and sugar levels, and compliance with BP and diabetes meds.
2. Target different patient groups in urban and rural Tennessee counties with high rates of heart disease.
3. Partner with Community Foundation of Middle TN and AHA to carry out the project.
